Executive Vice President, S&R Technology Holdings, LLC Board of Director, Sucampo Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Ms. Tolliver joined the Sucampo Group, an affiliation of companies in the Americas, Asia and Europe founded by Drs Ryuji Ueno and Sachiko Kuno, in May of 1998 as the first full-time employee of the company. She helped Dr. Ueno and Dr. Kuno to launch US operations for the Sucampo Group. Since May 2002, Ms. Tolliver has worked as Associate Director of Business Development and was significantly involved in the group’s global operations in Japan and Europe, including her work as General Manager of Sucampo Pharma Europe to set up the Group’s European operations. Ms. Tolliver re-joined Sucampo Pharmaceuticals as Director of Business Development in October 2004. She was closely involved in the company’s major transactions, which included the Initial Public Offering and acquisition of the overseas affiliates in the U.K. and Japan. She became VP of Business Development before leaving Sucampo in 2008 to pursue her long-time goal of obtaining a law degree. She returned to Sucampo as a member of the Board of Directors in May 2013. Currently, Ms. Tolliver works as Executive Vice President of S&R Technology Holdings, LLC, a Bethesda, Maryland based holding company. S&R’s mission is to provide support to global entrepreneurs and new businesses. She oversees overall operations of the company. Ms. Tolliver also spends her time assisting with the operation of the S&R Foundation, a Washington D.C. based 501(c)(3) organization. While working full-time, Ms. Tolliver studied law at Columbus School of Law at Catholic University in Washington D.C., and received her Juris Doctor degree with honors in May 2013. She was a member of the Catholic University Law Review. She was also engaged in the Columbus Community Legal Services as a student attorney, which offered pro bono legal services to individuals and families who lived in the District of Columbia. Ms. Tolliver has been a member of Maryland Bar since December 2013. Ms. Tolliver received a B.A., Magna Cum Laude, in Political Science from West Virginia University, and has studied Business Management in the Center for Professional Development at Georgetown University.
