IIGR developed the guidebook in cooperation with the Japan Medical Association, the Japan Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, and the International Association of Emergency Managers (IAEM).
The guidebook is written by well-recognized Japanese and American emergency management experts, and is intended to explain ICS in readily-understood terms, especially for those readers who may not previously have used ICS. You can understand about ICS…what it is, how it works, what it does. And also it will show you actual case studies on the use of ICS.
