IIGR collaborates with S & R Foundation and Center of a New American Security to Create Strategic Resilience.

Strategic Resilience is the final product of the Evermay Dialogue. The report focuses on a Japan and U.S. alliance action plan for all hazard emergency management. An outstanding number of 118 people participated in the Evermay Dialogue with 45 speakers.

Throughout this project, the Evermay Dialogue identified a number of key ideas that deserve official consideration as well as 10 recommendations that together constitute an alliance action plan.

Strategic Resilience consists of 4 chapters: Terrorist Attacks, Natural Disasters, Cyberattacks, and Humanitarian and Military Contingencies in Northeast Asia. It concludes with a list of 10 critical steps toward an Alliance Action Plan.
